America.. 6 killed in a helicopter crash dating back to the Vietnam War

A helicopter used for tourist flights crashed on a highway in West Virginia, in the United States, on Wednesday, killing all six people on board, local media reported.

The plane had crashed on Route 17 and was on fire when rescue teams arrived, WSAZ reported, citing Ray Bryant, chief of operations for Logan's Emergency Management Authority.

Bryant added that the highway is expected to remain closed for 24 hours, pending investigations.

The channel quoted him as saying that the helicopter dates back to the Vietnam War era.
