Fuel exports were at the top of the list, with a total value of about 1.245 billion dollars.
Recent official data revealed that Egyptian exports rose significantly during the month of January, approaching the $4 billion barrier.
According to the data of the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, the total value of Egyptian exports amounted to about $3.988 billion during last January, compared to about $2.965 billion during the same period last year, an increase of about $1.023 billion, registering an increase of 34.5%.
The Statistics Authority indicated that fuel exports were at the top of the list during last January, with a total value of about 1.245 billion dollars, compared to about 693 million dollars during the same period last year, an increase of 552 million dollars, recording an increase of 57.3%.
In the second place, Egypt's exports of finished goods came with a total value of about 1.582 billion dollars last January, compared to about 1.343 billion dollars in January 2020, an increase of 239 million dollars, registering an increase of 17.8%.
The list also included Egypt's exports of semi-manufactured goods worth $807 million, compared to about $597 million in January 2021.
Egypt's exports of raw materials amounted to about 316 million dollars during the month of January, compared to 300 million dollars in the same month in 2021, an increase of 15 million dollars, an increase of about 5.3%.
