The Interfax news agency quoted the Russian Ministry of Defense on Sunday as saying that Moscow sent a Su-27 fighter, coinciding with an American Global Hawk reconnaissance drone approaching the Russian border over the Black Sea.
The ministry added that the American plane moved away when the Russian plane approached it, according to Reuters.
